Hermitage Group is a property investment and development company founded by two brothers who relocated to London from Ireland in 2006 having had extensive exposure to the London market since the late 1990’s.

Hermitage Group has grown substantially over the past decade with an operation that spans property construction, development, investment and management.

With many completed developments we are a well established and trusted group. Hermitage believe in providing results in every aspect of the business. Our key focus is identifying opportunities which will benefit from a mixture of creative planning and/ or aggressive property management. Our extensive experience in the property industry has enabled us to create a blueprint that can be applied to all real estate opportunities.

In addition, we have worked hard to nurture and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions exposed to the real estate sector. This has proved fundamental to successfully forging ahead in this industry.

Hermitage Group is proud to have launched several new divisions over the past number of years. This has assisted the expansion of our portfolio to include Hermitage Construction & Development Ltd, Hermitage Taverns Ltd and Hermitage Real Estate Ltd. Taking some of the core components of our business in-house has enabled us to improve results on both the quality and level of service we expect. This makes Hermitage more dynamic and better positioned to move faster with our investors, stakeholders and supply chain.
